Arrival Time
Welcome to Boutique Esthetics Lounge! This is your time to relax and enjoy a moment purely for yourself. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure ample check in time. This is especially important for treatments that require waivers to be filled out prior to their appointment.
Special Needs
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or have any specific physical limitations, certain treatments may not be advised. Please let our salon co-ordinator know of any personal needs or concerns when you book your appointment at Boutique. It is our pleasure to ensure all of your specific needs are met at Boutique and that your experience is comfortable and luxurious.
Appointments
Our hours are broad throughout the week and weekend to ensure that all our guests have the ability to visit us in their own time. With that said, we do book quickly and recommend reservations are made several weeks in advance to guarantee you obtain your desired treatment times.
Cancellation/ Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to our other guests and Boutique Service Providers, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a set cancellation rate charge made to your account. If you are running late, a quick phone call is greatly appreciated.
Group Bookings
Cancellations for all group bookings require 48 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a set cancellation rate charge made to your account.
Valuables
Boutique Esthetics Lounge is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. Our recommendation is to not bring valuables to your appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not reflected in the service or gift card prices. Gratuities for your service provider are always appreciated. If you have services by multiple providers they will be split accordingly.
Children
In order to maintain a relaxing environment we ask that all young children brought to the salon are accompanied by an adult while your treatment is in progress.
